functional stay near shops
shopping center safe location convenient bus airport proximity
the hotel is close to a shopping center i found two large grocery stores there within a short walk the location felt safe when i walked in the nearby parks the bus stop in front of the hotel made transportation easy. the ride to the airport only took 15 minutes by car. i used the bus to get into the city center.
there was a small gap under the room door i could hear noises from the corridor at night this bothered me slightly since i am a light sleeper.

the breakfast had a wide variety of options i saw sweet and savory choices available the restaurant offered a selection of meals the prices seemed reasonable to me for the portions served.

the hotel provided easy access to public transport i noticed a bus stop directly in front i used it to visit the city center i appreciated the proximity to the south train station.

The room included an ironing board with an iron! Vending machines are located on the ground floor. There is a wide selection of food and beverages available. I appreciate that a bus stop is directly outside the front door. This made travel back at night very safe.
The room card sometimes failed. I had to get it fixed once .

mixed feelings about my stay
cold air long waiting time
The room was a decent size and had good connectivity to the city center.
The staff was not particularly courteous. The climate control in my room wasn't working properly. It blew cold air even when I tried to adjust the temperature. I had to wait a long time before they offered extra blankets instead of fixing the temperature issue.

the bus stop sits right outside, useful.
the climate control was totally messed up. it blew cold air no matter what I did, even after some staff checked it. they eventually offered extra blankets instead of fixing the issue, can you imagine?

a pleasant stay overall
quiet area convenient location good tea coffee sufficient towels daily refreshment room refreshing unemptied bin full bin bad smell unpleasant smell
the location was convenient for accessing local attractions. we found the tea and coffee facilities in the room helpful. the en suite bathroom was clean and nicely decorated, providing ample towels for our use.
i found the room was not refreshed daily. the bins were not emptied , this was not ideal. the dishes from room service breakfast were left uncollected all day, which caused an unpleasant smell.
