mixed feelings about my stay
good connectivitycold airlong waiting time
The room was a decent size and had good connectivity to the city center.
The staff was not particularly courteous. The climate control in my room wasn't working properly. It blew cold air even when I tried to adjust the temperature. I had to wait a long time before they offered extra blankets instead of fixing the temperature issue.

the bus stop sits right outside, useful.
the climate control was totally messed up. it blew cold air no matter what I did, even after some staff checked it. they eventually offered extra blankets instead of fixing the issue, can you imagine?

the location was convenient for accessing local attractions. we found the tea and coffee facilities in the room helpful. the en suite bathroom was clean and nicely decorated, providing ample towels for our use.
i found the room was not refreshed daily. the bins were not emptied , this was not ideal. the dishes from room service breakfast were left uncollected all day, which caused an unpleasant smell.

broken climate control
the room's climate control did not work well i felt cold the entire time despite my adjustments the staff offered extra blankets but the room never warmed up.
